עמיחי, בן 23, הסתער על המחבלים הרג רבים מהם הציל את חבריו במוצב סמוך לעזה, וגם כשנפצע- המשיך ללחום בגבורה עד שפונה ללא הכרה ולאחר כמה ימים נקבע מותו.
משפחתו באצילות נפש תרמה את איבריו.
בחייו ובמותו הציל חיים.
